Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the The Junk Wizards website at https://thejunkwizards.com or by booking our junk removal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

The Junk Wizards provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and light demolition services in Ventura County, western Los Angeles, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the job scope. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is based on the volume of space your items occupy in our truck and is quoted on-site before work begins. The quoted price is the final price - we do not charge hidden fees. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks. If a job requires additional work beyond the original scope, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system or by calling (805) 819-7997. We offer same-day and next-day appointments subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment. We may charge a fee for no-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours notice.

Prohibited Items

We cannot haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to: chemicals, paint, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, or any materials classified as hazardous by federal, state, or local regulations. If hazardous items are discovered during a job, we will stop work on those items and inform you of proper disposal options.

Liability

The Junk Wizards takes reasonable care to prevent damage to your property during service. In the event of accidental damage caused by our crew, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, up to the value of the service fee paid. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that break due to their condition.

Website Use

You may use our website for its intended purpose of learning about our services, requesting quotes, and booking appointments. You may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site, attempt to interfere with the site's functionality, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of The Junk Wizards and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
