Our crew comes to your location and looks at everything that needs to go.
We Quote You
You get a firm price based on truck volume. No haggling, no surprises after the fact.
You Approve
If the price works, we get to work immediately. If not, you owe us nothing.
Pricing By Truck Load
Prices below are starting estimates. Your final price is always confirmed on-site based on the actual volume of your items.
Single Item
$99One large item like a couch, mattress, or appliance. Quick pickup, usually done in 15 minutes.
Common examples: A couch, recliner, mattress, washer, dryer, or similar single large item.
1/4 Truck Load
$199A few items or a small room cleanout. Equivalent to about 2 cubic yards of material.
Common examples: A couple pieces of furniture, some boxes, or a small garage corner cleanout.
1/2 Truck Load
$349A full room of furniture or a moderate cleanout job. About 4-5 cubic yards.
Common examples: A full bedroom set, office cleanout, or a decent-sized garage cleanout.
3/4 Truck Load
$449Multiple rooms of items or a large-scale cleanout. Around 7-8 cubic yards.
Common examples: Multiple rooms of furniture, a full attic or basement, or a small estate cleanout.
Full Truck Load
$549+The whole truck. Full property cleanouts, large construction debris jobs, or estate cleanouts.
Common examples: A whole apartment, full garage, estate cleanout, or major renovation debris.
What's Included
Special Item Fees
Most items are covered by our standard volume-based pricing. A few items require special handling or have additional disposal costs:
These fees cover special handling, recycling, or disposal requirements mandated by Ventura County regulations. We always disclose any additional fees during your on-site quote.
Our Transparent Pricing Promise
We don't do phone estimates that change when we show up. We don't tack on fees after the job is done. And we don't charge you more because you live on the second floor.
Here's how it works: our crew shows up, looks at what needs to go, and gives you a number. That number includes everything - labor, loading, hauling, dump fees, and cleanup. If you say yes, we start immediately. If you say no, we shake hands and leave. You owe us nothing for the quote.
