Light demolition is one of the most useful services we offer because it combines the takedown and the cleanup into one job. You don't have to hire a separate demo crew and then call us to haul the debris. We do both. The structure comes down and the material leaves with us.

We handle sheds, detached garages, wood fencing, decks, pergolas, interior non-load-bearing walls, drop ceilings, and similar structures. We're not structural engineers—we don't touch foundations, load-bearing walls, or anything that requires permits in most jurisdictions. But for the typical backyard structure or interior teardown, we're the crew you need.

We serve Ventura County, western LA County, and the surrounding areas. After demolition, all debris goes to the appropriate disposal facility. Clean wood is recycled when possible; the rest goes to Chiquita Canyon or Toland Road Landfill.
