Our pricing is based on the volume of space your items take up in our truck. We don't charge by weight or by item - just volume. When our crew arrives, they look at everything that needs to go and give you a price on the spot. That price includes all labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees. No hidden charges.

The best way is to book an on-site appointment. Our crew will come out, see what you need removed, and give you a firm price before any work starts. If you want a rough idea beforehand, call us at (805) 819-7997 and describe what you have - we can give you a ballpark. But the final price is always confirmed in person.

No. The quoted price covers all labor regardless of weight or location. Upstairs apartment with no elevator? Same price. 500-pound hot tub in the backyard? Same price. We factor the difficulty into our volume-based quote upfront.

Payment is due after we finish the job - not before. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks.

We remove just about anything non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, hot tubs, sheds, fencing, concrete, and general household junk. If you're not sure whether we can take something, call us and ask.

We cannot haul hazardous materials including chemicals, paint, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos, or medical waste. These require specialized disposal. We'll let you know during the quote if anything falls into this category and point you to the right disposal resource.

Yes. We partner with local donation centers including Goodwill and Salvation Army, and we take recyclable materials to the appropriate facilities. If your items are in usable condition, we make every effort to keep them out of the landfill.

That's our specialty. Hot tubs, pianos, pool tables, commercial equipment - we have the crew and equipment to handle it. Some oversized items may require a two-man crew or specialized tools, which we'll bring along.
