  • Q1. How Do I Schedule My No-Obligation Estimate?

    Before we can give you an exact price, we need to see your items in person. Our No Contact Junk Removal service allows us to give you an estimate and remove items without direct contact, to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers and our teams. Our truck team will arrive at your home, take a look at your items, and provide you with a price.Your custom price is based on how much junk you have.We do offer single item pricing, but for most loads, we price by how much space your items take up in the truck – from our minimum charge to 1/8th of a truck all the way up to a full truckload. Junk removal prices also vary from city to city due to disposal fees, gas prices, and other regional factors.

  • Q2. Is My Custom Price is Based on How Much Junk I Have?

    Once you agree to the price, we’ll remove your items, load them into our truck, and sweep up the area. There are no surprises or hidden fees added on after—the price we give you at the start is what you’ll pay when we’re done.If the price isn’t right for you, let us know. You’re not obligated to continue with the service if you don’t want to. Just say the word and we’ll be on our way.

  • Q4. Are Payments Quick and Easy?

    There’s no need to pay before we do the work—payment is only processed once the job is complete. We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard, all of which can be completed with no contact. (Some of our locations also accept Amex, Discover, debit, checks, and Paypal transfers).
